Background
Received B. Eng and M. Eng in Electrical Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, China, in 1992 and 1995. respectively. Thereafter, worked with Research Institute of Unmanned Air vehicles of Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics for four years.

Obtained Ph. D. degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2003. Worked as Research Fellow in School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering of Nanyang Technological University before joining Temasek Laboratories in April, 2004.
