Born in 20 March in 1964. Attended the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA), China and graduated with:-
Bachelor of Engineering in Aircraft Control Systems 1986.
Master of Engineering in Guidance, Control and Simulation in 1989.
Ph.D in Navigation, Guidance and Control in 1998.
R&D engineer focusing at development of PBXs from 1989 to 1995 in Yantai Computer Company, Shandong Province, China. Post-doctoral research fellow focusing at integrated flight control system technologies from 1998 to 2000 in Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China. Research fellow focusing at hard disk drive servo system control technologies and UAV flight control system technologies from 2000 to 2006 in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the National University of Singapore. Joined Temasek Laboratories as in 2006.
Development of new methods for design of hard disk drive servo system control laws and implementation.
Development of new methods for identification of UAV helicopters with in-flight data and design of UAV helicopter flight control systems as well as flight tests.
Development of nonlinear system methods for design of UAV flight control systems.
