Background
Born in 6 March 1961 in Singapore. Received the B. Eng. Degree with First Class Honours in 1986 from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in 1991 and 1994, respectively, from the Ohio State University, Columbus, U.S.A.
He has been with the DSO National Laboratories since 1986. He was Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of the National University of Singapore in AY2000 and AY2001. He joined Temasek Laboratories as an Adjunct Principal Research Scientist in 2006.
