William Leong received his Master of Technology in Software Engineering (2013) from the National University of Singapore. He has held positions as Software Engineer (2008–2012) and Software Development Manager (2012–2016), focusing on the development and integration of large scale simulation systems for the Singapore Army. His specialties include software architecture and the development of highly concurrent systems to enable scalability. His current research interests are in the area of distributed multi-agent task allocation, swarm algorithms, and simulation of drone swarms.
